Not 100% sure I understand, but:-
If this is the Perspective Viewport, NOT a camera view, then just change
that viewport to an orthogonal one then back to perspective.
If it IS a camera view, then select the camera object and manipulate it
in the orthogonal viewports until the camera view is correct.
