This will sometimes happen when the FOV (perspective and camera views) is either
very narrow or very wide.
Right-click the viewport label and choose Configure. The default setting for the
Field of View is 45.
In the viewport navigation tools for the perspective and Camera views, there is
a Field of View tool. Use it with caution.
