Open the time configuration dialog.
Set the Start Time at 0.
Set the End Time at 125.
Press Enter.
Click on Re-scale Time.
Set the End Time to 700.
Click on OK.
Set the End Time to 1875.
Click on OK.
Now if you want to keep the total length to 1300, that means you need to scale
from frames 700 to 1875 down to 700 to 1300.
Open the Time Configuration.
Set the Start Time at 700
Set the End Time at 1875.
Press Return.
Click on Re-scale Time.
Set the End Time at 1300.
Click on OK.
Set the Start Time at 0.
Click on OK.
