| renders, but not on the network |

I am running a small network of 5 computers and MAX 8 SP2.
three of the computers render perfectly, and they are running XP64bit
Two of the computer will render locally, but not through Backburner. These
machines are on Win2K.
Just to make sure there wasn't a plugin or other files specific issue, I have
tried it with a simple scene of a box spinning.
I get "Task error: Unknown error while loading application" anf then
MAX shuts down.
Thoughts?
