SMS on render completion?

Does anyone have a suggestion or already have an existing solution for
automatically sending an SMS to my mobile phone when a render is completed?
Ideally the SMS would contain information regarding any potential errors that
occurred, possibly render times, etc.

I'm doing vast batches of rendering for a television series and it would be
great to keep up-to-date whilst I enjoy a quality ale down at the pub...
