For future generations...

We plotted out our shared folders and have begun using our new file-folder
structure. Things are working great! The only speedbump we've hit is when you
move/copy a Max file to another folder, it seems as though Max looks for the
relative path to the file's materials (which means lots of relinking). But that
should be easy enough to overcome. Just won't move files around.

A funny story, though...

We consolidated all our work to the shared drive, made a back up of it on an
external drive, and were ready for that wonderful moment when we purged all the
files from our machines. We deleted all our work from our machines, emptied the
recycle bin..... and the server goes down! Could not have been better timing to
scare the crap out of us.

Have more than one back up of your work!!!
