TGA not showing up in After Effects

Hi folks,

I am trying to create a ball that reveals some transparency by rendering to a 
Targa that contains an alpha.  However, when I import the file into After 
Effects nothing shows up.  Just black.  Please see attached.  The outer 
blue glow and the specular highlights should be the only areas visible, while 
the black inner area is to be transparent.  Am I doing something wrong 
here?
