3rd party farm manager

3rd party managers tend to be far more intelligent than Backburner, but where 
you will really benefit from them is when you approach 40 or more render 
nodes. Backburner just doesn't do well.

I have about twenty machines, half in LA half in NY, and while it is a bit 
cumbersome, backburner does the job. Other managers would be better, but the 
cost can be a very strong deterrent.
