| black frames when net rendering |

I have a student that when rendering on the local machine the image comes out
fine. But when net rendering, all machines produce an empty black scene.
We've tried both tif and tga files. He's using video post as well as some
photometric lighting. I don't know what's causing it, but all computers
contain necessary maps/materials.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you kindly
Chris

Well, I couldn't get a response here or another forum, so I played around a
bit and discovered that by adding a camera (not using perspective view) that
the black plane disappeared and the files became renderable.
Can anyone explain why a camera would have better luck than the perspective
view?
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris
Can you send me your file or create something similar and let me test it
here? I will let you know what is happening and why you are getting a
black frame.
