attempt to register busy server

i'm seeing a repeating sequence of errors in our backburner manager's log 
after upgrading to backburner 3.0.2 (from 2.3).  this is not something i've 
ever seen on backburner 2.3, so i'm wondering what the cause could be:

2006/06/25 19:27:54 WRN Attempt to register busy server computer01
2006/06/25 19:28:04 WRN Attempt to register busy server computer01
2006/06/25 19:28:07 ERR Unable to connect to 192.168.1.59: A connection 
attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a 
period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has 
failed to respond. (0x274c).
2006/06/25 19:28:07 ERR Error 00000000 connecting to computer01

this has happened with two separate render nodes, and when it happens the 
"Unable to connect to (IP Address)" error repeats every 45 seconds or
so for 
hours.

anyone have any ideas about this one?

I am having the exact same message. When checking the debug logs on the 
server attempting to connect, I see a connection refused due to blocking call 
cancelled. Of note, It seems to work alright when I am running the server.exe 
manually. But I get this error when trying to run as a service. Not sure 
if greg is running the same configuration.

i see the error running as an application..  haven't tried service yet.
