Hi
I have been using Render Strips with BB sucessfully for a week of so now but,
have been presented with
'Error Loading Strip'
Why is this? Has anyone encountered this before ?
Thanks

I encountered the same error a few times and found out that it was a problem
with output as a Jpeg. I couldn't even load the strips in photoshop and
manually put them together. It seemed to randomly happen to. Sometimes Jpeg
would work. Sometimes it didn't. Try outputing as a TGA or PNG.

Hi William
I output them as tiffs and they do work normally but, for some reason - BB
gets a bit fussy and doesn't load some times.

Are you by chance rendering to filenames that have more than 4 digits at
the end? Ie, set file output name in render dialog to foo20060507.tga.
If so, the filename gets 'truncated' to foo20060000.tga instead of being
foo200605070000.tga. Then when the second pass starts, it rightly looks
for stp00001_foo200605070000.tga, but doesn't find it. The workaround is
to put a underscore at the end of the file output definition, ie
foo20060507_.tga.

Thanks
Finally figured out that my file name was too long and confused Max. So,
solution was to rename all the 490 tifs !
