are fake version of max you need to go out and buy a real verison of it,

if you go onto any fake website with all keys and product software serial number
site, then you wont beable to register it cos autodesk will not let you because
all the serial number of autodesk software are stored in their computer i think.
once you hit the serial key then it will let you register any autodesk software,
apart from fakes.

if you have a real verison of max then i would totally contact the seller you
brought max from and ask them for another copy of it. if you brought it
