Re: Instalation error

Hello,

I have installed latest DirectX.

I have installed latest drivers for graphic card.

The graphic card information:

Intel(R) 82865G Graphic Controller

I have not installed any specific driver for mouse. I have checked the mouse
driver and it is default driver for windows.

But the software doesn't run.

I have re installed software, but it has same problem.

In the past I had installed the same software on my system, and it was running
properly. But my system was infected wi
th some virus and I have formatted the system and reinstalled windows.

After reinstallation windows, when I installed 3ds max, there was an error of
DxDDS.bmi file. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Before, I had downloaded the Dx.DDS.bmi file from Internet, but the problem was
not solved.

I don't know what to do next?
