Re: max 9 not opening

I don't have Win64, so I noticed the entire tree of regedit is a bit different
in my Win32.

I would go download the Internet Explorer againou  from Microsoft, and reinstall
it.  Hopefully that will restore the corrupted sections that are keeping Max
from working.  You can check the MaxDVD to see if it has the same version of IE
that you have installed on your PC.

Mind explaining how you lost your toolbar?  Which toolbar... all of them? 
Menubar too?

Anyway, try downloading the IE and reinstalling it.
