		u - all required user-specific registry entries (default)

.....and  continue the installation for short time period, however
after that shows this horrible info in small window with black exclamation on
yellow triangle as a logo on its left:

"Autodesk 3ds Max installation is aborted.
Please check "C:\DOCUME~1\....\Temp/3dsMax9.log"

However I know that similar problem occured in different post I do not found
constructive solution. I suppose that it's because hardware is incompatible with
Max, but the parameters seems to be far better than lowest requirem
