volume licensing

I just purchased 3ds Max 9 online from cheapsoftwares.info. Supposedly these
guys buy out overstocks or companies going out of business and resell the
software really cheap.

When I received the software it came on an unusual looking disk. It didn't have
the regular art-work, just a sort of generic label that said "Autodesk 3DS
Max 9". It also didn't come in normal packaging - just a jewel case. Also,
in order to get the auth code I have to send my request code to Cheapsoftwares,
instead of Autodesk.
