Hi!
Trie so (from the version 6 of 3DSMax)
Create a new PF and you open Particle View, insert:
Event01
Birth
Position Object = you insert your model or object (A)
Speed (random3D)
Find Target (speed) = as above, you insert your model or object (A)
Display
Colleague Find Target with:
Event02
Speed(along icon arrow)
Display
...your animation is ready!!! (this is only an example, test new solutions)
In the evento01, the particles born from your object (A) and through Find Target
you again send the particles to your object (A)!! Speed in this case, creates
one "Blob" of particles (in this event you can also insert Force Wind,
Drag etc.)
In the evento02, Speed and setting to Zero so that the particles stop on the
superfice of your object(A)...
As I repeat, this example is only a way to create your effect!! Systematize the
parameters to get your results!!
