Hey guys! 
I have a problem with rigging. My character uses generally bip and some custom
bones for shoulderpads and something alike skirt pad near the pelvis area. To
complete the rig I used skin modifier.

Now...
Is it possible to attach bones to biped, so that when I move for example one of
my bip spines bones on shoulder pads will move along with spine?
