Max trial question

Hi, I'm doing some games design teaching on a new short course with about 10
students and would like to install the 3dsmax 30 day trial for them to try out.
If all goes well I can hopefully persuade the powers that be to invest in the
software. 
Anybody know if there are any problems installing multiple copies of the try out
on multiple PCs connected across a network?
