Please recommend book for Active Directory and .NET

As the title says. I want a book to do VB.NET to make webpages to control users,
groups and memberships. Also if I could find a book that would help me with ISA
Server and webpages to control that, I would be in g33k heaven.

The text is very strong and the code would be very easy to convert to vb.net by
hand
or with an online converter.

Sorry never seen anything on ISA server, maybe a technet search would show some

I do not think you understood the question. I may have said it wrong. Sorry....

I need a book that will let me handle domain accounts, membership to groups etc.
Reset passwords and similar. I have written stuff in classic ASP but it looks
rubbish. I want to write stuff in VB.NET and use the design ease of VWD. I am
not looking for handling members of a website. 

As for ISA Server, that is impossible. I can use a COM thingy to control it. I
have written vbscript to control when users are allowed non-work sites and set
them in scheduled tasks. 

Examples that prove useful are hard to come by via google.

Yes I took from you question that may be the case, the book does cover
membership but it has a good section on Activedirectorymembership Provider
which will allow you to work with the accounts like you want.

I did wonder if technet would only have vbs stuff, I will keep an eye out for
any helpful info.
