Best ASP.Net Book(s)

Hello,

 Though I have many years of experience with basic HTML and Javascript, I have
no experience with ASP.NET or for that matter it's predecessor ASP. I would like
some advice on the best book(s) or on-line learning on ASP.Net. And while I'm at
it, my experience with IBM DB2 is extensive, but little or no experience with
SQL Server. I would also appreciate best publication(s) showing differences
between the two.
