Hi is there any books containing all the starter kit development from start to
finish or video training cd for the kit.

There are books for the TheBeerHouse: CMS and E-commerce Starter Kit (ASP.NET
2.0 Website Programming / Problem - Design - Solution) and Web Portal

are lots of books for the DotNetNuke site but as far as I know there aren't any
books that detail the starter kits.
