hello,
I have installed ASP.NET 2.0. in my computer running windows vista ultimate,
visual studio 2005 and sqlserver 2005. I would like to know if it will better
for me to uninstall .NET framework 2.0 to install the newer version .NET
framework 3.5. what are the results to do that?

The .net framework 3.0 and 3.5 are just additions to version 2.0 so there is no
need to unistall, infact if you don't have the .net framework the installer
installs version 2.0 then 3.0, 3.5.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for your answer. I have another problem: I can not see the ASPNET account
in Computer Management/ local users. I read that it's an account that ASPNET 2.0
create when you install it. But don't see it. So what account ASP.NET 3.5
should install? will it create this account (ASPNET) for me?

try running the ASP.NET IIS Registration Tool Aspnet_regiis.exe this should
create the account.
ASP.NET IIS Registration Tool (Aspnet_regiis.exe)
