Remote server connection failed

Hi friends,

                  I have created webservices in the solution.

                  Web references of those services are also added in the
solution. Its works perfectly.

                  But, sometimes its giving me the error saying "Remote
server connection failed".

                  If I delete all webreferences and add it once again, then it
works fine.

                 Y this happens?

                            Anybody have idea on how to resolve this problem!

if your web service isn't host on iis you can reach  this problem,

I will suggest you to host you web service to local iis and add reference  to
it.
