Anyone use ActiveUp web controls?

Hello,

 I downloaded ActiveUp web controls from the community section and have 2
questions i need answered :D

 
1.  Is it free?  on the ActiveUp website it seems to be expensive, but it seems
to be free in our community section to download.  i thought maybe it was a trial
but it doesnt say it will run out.

 
2. The main reason for me wanting this is for the WebTimer.  I have a webpage
with a textbox where a user inputs a Time.  I have a submit button which then
stores this time into a variable.  I then have the WebTimer from ActiveUp set on
Countdown mode against the Time variable that I have saved.  This countdown
works perfectly, but here is my question:

How do i write an event so that when this countdown finishes it will enable a
button on the page??
