RssToolKit rssTempDir configurating in hosting environment

Hi,

I would like to know how i can configure the rsstoolkit  rssTempDir key in
web.config in the hosting environment. Since the configured directory is to be
created or if exists used I am not sure how to retrieve the path information
from inside the hosting environment. can somebody help?
