I am in the same situation. I've been given the okay to purchase Acrobat 3D. It
worked very well with SW2007. I've since upgraded to SW2008 SP3.1 (Vista 64).
Now Acrobat won't convert or capture the SW2008 SP3.1 files. The error states
that the format isn't supported. I can still convert my SW2007 files, but that
doesn't solve the problem

have you tried installing the Acrobat 3D specific update?
