The best we could figure out for the color bar and annotations is to make the
pdf in two parts. One part JT, and one part normal 2D print and convert to pdf.
Then cut-n-paste the JT into the 2D pdf. This is not the best solution, but its
something. Please let use know if you find a method that is faster.
