Hi,

I bought a couple of E-Books. To be sure that everythings works I installed on a
clean machine Adobe Reader 7.0.9.

Then I downloaded the first E-Book with the Link which was mailed to me.
Everything seemed ok so far. The book opened correctly.
After that I got a message that I can register the Adobe Reader to a
.Net-Passport Account to use my E-Books on another PC. So I followed the
procedure and set up a new account and actived it for my PC.

After that I tried to open the E-Book again, but I only got the message
"This document cannot be opened, because the property rights on this
computer are not clear." (translated from German)

Support told me, that there is no support, but the said they will reset my
account or something like that. After that I tried to activated the account on
my PC again, but I got the message "Your Adobe-Software could not be
activated. Adobe DRM Activation-Error (Server-Code 9) Illegal storage space: 7
Contact Support" (translated from German)

Support told me to try I new account, which I did and brought me to my last
error message "Client User is not an EasyActivation user and can not be
migrated to a full user". (not translated!)

After I contacted the support, they told me again there is no support and they
cannot help me, but told me to ask in this forum...
