| Disabling "Save" and "Email" icons for pdf docs. |

I have an ebook that I have set to NOT allow copying, printing and whatnot, BUT
the icons to Save and Email are still visible...how can I remove or grey out
those icons so that the document cannot be saved or email THAT WAY??
Any ideas plz
