pdf creation results in an error message %[Error:...%...

Customer of mine has the following problem when using the elements server to
produce .pdf files via in and out folders. Any ideas ?

%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: ÐÏ à¡± á ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

We're also getting the below error message when we generate Word 2003 doc to PS
file using Distiller.

Yes. This is because Distiller does not do this. It only converts
PostScript files to PDF, nothing else at all. (Elements Server is a
different story).

If you have Acrobat and are not clear how to use it, I recommend
posting in the Acrobat forum.
