| Elements Not Converting Word or WordPerfect Files |

For a while, the software worked fine! Even though I want to convert Word docs,
I am more concerned with my WordPerfect docs. I am either getting a message:
"Perfect Office Printing has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." Or the popup progress box only shows
three bars and the process is frozen. I have Windows XP, Word 2000, and
WordPerfect 7. I have done a virus check with Stinger, Spybot, AdAware, and
CWShredder--nothing showed. I have uninstalled the Adobe Acrobat Element 6.0 and
re-installed. I have uninstalled both Reader 6 and 7 and re-installed. I am not
a computer wiz--just a 75-year-old user who is trying to get her family history
book ready for the printer who wants the files in PDF format. HELP, I'm not
getting any younger!
