Converting HTML file to PDF file is missing table borders

HTML file has tables and I use style sheet for font, after converting to PDF
using Adobe Element server by keeping the HTML file in the watched/in folder the
out PDF file has different fonts and also missing table borders.

Do I have to keep the style sheet in any specific folder. Can the conversion to
PDF show table borders.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
