I cannot get the red eye button to work properly on pictures. It should be a
quick simple process and it has turned into a few hours of trying to figure it
out. I have a new XPS Dell computer, using Vista, have worked with some software
previously that eliminated red eye so I am not a complete newbie on this. When I
go to automatically remove the red eye it states that red eye has been removed,
but in actuality it is still there. The auto fix red eye doesn't work, so I
tried manually removing it. It did remove the red off one eye in my picture that
I had blown up to 400%, but when I went to do the second eye the whole picture
turned ugly shades of black. Any suggestions to correct this would be
appreciated.

Acrobat Elements Server is definitely not what you need to do this.
It's a product which big companies use to make PDF on a server. Please
check carefully what software you are using, and look again for the
right forum. Thanks,
