Hi, please forgive me if I should pose a question previously answered, but I
failed to find anything on it.
I’m looking for a way to avoid having to hit the PDF Optimizer-button and
manually enter a suffix for each high res-pdf I need a lores-copy of (for
emailing for example); something along the lines of a droplet or a
hotfolder-solution possibly.
Does any of You have an idea how that may be achieved?

Thanks for the tip and, yeah, we use the Professional version.
But I’m afraid that doesn’t quite suit me, because over the course of a work day
I may have to perform that on between zero and a couple dozen individual pdfs in
various locations, so the Batch Sequence-entry doesn’t seem to provide
considerable time-savings to me.
(Unless I’m missing some way of triggering it.)
