Text Voided

I had Adobe Reader 8.1 but found it impossible so I reverted to Adobe 7.0.5.

I am attempting to print an invoice in pdf. The print-out shows the correct
format of columns and boxes but within the columns or boxes, the text from the
pdf is printed as stings of small identical squares.

Go to Tool menu and see if there is a menu choice for Use System Fonts?

If so try either checking it to turn off or unchecking to turn off.

IF you have the exact same font used in your system then turning on use system
fonts should correct.

if they used an embeddable font, and it they embedded the font then turning use
system fonts might clear it up.

another possibility the the pdf is bad.
