Opening PDF with Firefox on Mac?

I have a customer having problem opening PDF document using Firefox on a Mac.
Any input?...

Regarding your question last night, I'm running Mozilla Firefox v2.0.0.7 on the
Mac under OS-X, v. 10.4.11. When I download the La Bahia pdf I can't open it in
Acrobat 8 Professional. However, when I use my Safari v.3.1.1 browser I can open
the pdf. My conclusion is that there's something amiss with the Firefox browser
running on the Mac. I don't know how Firefox performs under XP or Vista.

Actally you need two items.

One PDF Browser Plugin by Manford Schubert

and an addon called PDF download.

>has it something to do with Adobe or Firefox developers?

Either could have done it. Neither one did.
