| PDF Optimizer doesn't load |

Hello, I have a user with Adobe Acrobat Pro 8 on 10.4.11. When she clicks the
PDF Optimizer link, no window shows up or loads. Is there a corrupt settings
file or a file I can replace to remedy this?

If its on a single pdf file it could be protected via a security
setting. If it is true for all pdfs, then I'd recommend the usual steps
to try to fix problems:
1) Log on as a different user. If it works, then you have a corrupt
preference file.
2) Fix permissions (most likely won't work)
3) re-install the application.
