Intel Mac, OS X 10.4.11.
Acrobat 8.1.2.
Printing to a Canon iR4580 networked copier.
1. If the user opens a PDF in Acrobat 8.1.2 and prints 1 copy, no problem.
2. If the user opens a PDF and asks for more than one copy, he gets the square
of the copies requested. Ask for 2, get 4, ask for 3, get 9.
3. Printing from Preview is fine.
4. This is completely reproducible on other machines in the office.
