I am so sorry about this. But I must ask because I can't find it in the forums
even though I know it must be there.
I need to know the expression to loop a quicktime movie whose timeline is
shorter than the main comp timeline so that it plays for the duration of the
main comp.
And would this be tied to the time remapping command?

To loop the quicktime, you could select it in the Project panel, select File
> Interpret Footage and change the "Loop 1 Times" setting.
Or you could use this expression on the time remap property, after enabling it
for that layer:
loopOut("cycle");

Hey Paul,
When I use the time remap property, 2 key frames are put beyond the end of the
timeline. When I add the expression loopOut("cycle") to time remap the
animation instead of looping seamlessly slows down toward the end of the time
line and there is a little jump before it return to the beginning. What do I
need to change so that my animation loops seamlessly?
Thank you!

If I remember correctly, you need to set a keyframe one frame before the last
one that AE sets and then change the value at the last keyframe to zero. I
think. :-)
