I've got the LED part down. But I'm trying to come up with Peak meters. They
would always be pushed to the maximum Y height of the LED bar, but offset in
time, so they float down a few moments later.
Here's an example...

Don't know if this will help but, as demonstrated in this 8 Frequency Bar
Flashkit example which includes the peak hold option:
