Where to find the Capture 3.0.2 SDK?

Where to find the Capture 3.0.2 SDK?
Fri, 15 Dec 2006 10:38:10 -080
I've searched high and low, and can no longer find where to get access to the
Acrobat Capture 3.0 or 3.0.2 SDK. The only SDK that I can find for Acrobat
Capture always points me to a page that only supports Acrobat 8.0 developer
tools.

I've pretty much automated Capture so that it almost doesn't need any manual
intervention, except I need to programatically cancel hung jobs in a work flow,
and the way I'm doing it now by sending keystrokes: Ctrl+Del (Delete All) from a
VB Script doesn't work if more than one job is in the work flow.

I am also having a problem locating the Acrobat Capture 3.0.x SDK. I went
through the same links and it kept bringing me back to the Acrobat 8.0 SDK. I
have downloaded that SDK but it does not seem to have the Capture SDK
information included in it. I talked at length with the ASN folks on the phone
and I was still unable to get to the Acrobat Capture SDK. It would be great if I
could get a link to the SDK or even have it emailed to me as an attachment. I
appreciate any help that you can give to me. Feel free to contact me at
f.moletteri@xpedite.com.

A special question for Aandi Inston:

Doesn't anybody at Adobe know what happened to the SDK for Adobe Capture
3.any_version? Did they discontinue it? Did they loose it?

I really could use the one interface .dll that comes with it, otherwise the
ActiveX external application APIs are worthless.

I've been extremely patient regarding this issue, but I've waited 6 months for a
reply - I'm tired of waiting for a reply.

I don't know. Why not ask someone at Adobe?

Did you try raising an ASN case?
