Blackboard Exception

I'm using Stellent's Tiff Conversion to send TIFF images to Adobe Capture to OCR
and convert to PDF. I'm running into a few problems which, while not fatal, are
still proving problematic. One is that a number (~10%) of my files are
completing with warnings. Most of those are Unhandled Exceptions. Are there any
logs or anything I can look at to see where the error's being thrown and what it
might be? Some of my exceptions are showing as "Blackboard Exception."
Any ideas of what these might be?
The really irritating problem I'm finding is on documents which are processing
without warnings. It looks like they stop mid-workflow, usually after the
Capture Image or Bind Pages step. To solve it I've been restarting Capture and
that seems to jumpstart it. But I don't want to have to restart Capture every
twenty documents. Has anyone else ran into these problems? Anybody else
integrated with Stellent and run into anything else?
