FInding where watched document came from

I am using it for Watch folders. Basically, I have one workflow that converts
TIFF files to image+text PDFs. The same workflow is used for many watch folders
throughout the company.

My major problem is that when any specific document gets an error and cannot be
converted for some reasons, I have no way to see where this document came from.
I.e. in the pending and processed lists it does not show the URL of the
document. That would help me to determine where it came from and then determine
the owner of the document.
