Can I burn the ISO file FROM ENCORE or the DVD FOLDER?

Yes, CS3 will allow you to burn the previously created image. Beyond that
there's a whole army of tools that can burn ISO images, including Nero, DVD
Decrypter or whatever.

Beyond that there's a whole army of tools that can burn ISO images,
including
Nero, DVD Decrypter or whatever.
DVD De3crypter is now illegal in most countries. Sony's legal team stopped it's
creator - Lightning UK - from developing it on pain of lawsuits as it is capable
of defeating most Copy Protection on DVD..
