| How to Creat DVD or File with Existing Project in Encore |

I'm new to Adobe Premier Pro CS3 but really like to product so far. I've created
a file and have exported it to Encore to create a DVD, my question is this... a
few days later I needed to make another DVD but have deleted the original
project in Premier Pro CS3. I see the completed timeline in Encore but don't
know how to create or "build" another DVD or File using the existing
timeline in Encore.
What do I do?
Any help would be much appreciated!!
