Crash on Build Folder or Check Project (Encore CS3)

Hi.
This isn't the first time this happens and I have built a lot of DVDs in
EncoreCS3. Usually the problem solved more or less itself, but this time, I
can't get it fixed.
I have build a DVD with an intro-timeline which leads to a menu (background
video & music on a 25sec infinite-loop, 6 tiff overlays as buttons, main
picture turned of to only use it for over/activation) and from there you can
select 6 other timelines.
The preview works fine, but when i check the project I can see the errors and
then Encore crashes. I eliminated the errors but it still crashes on check
although there are no errors. When i click on build, I have the same crash.

It crashes with this Message:
"AppName: adobe encore.exe AppVer: 3.0.1.8 ModName: adobe encore.exe
ModVer: 3.0.1.8	 Offset: 003fa73c"

There are no overlapping buttons, I already re-imported all assets and I tried
using shorter names and no folders in the project.

My computer is a Core2Quad6700, 4GBRam (only 3GB used bc of WinXP), WinXP SP2,
GF8800GTX and I edit on a 1TB Raid0.

As I said, I already finished much bigger projects with this computer and they
all ran fine, but this time there seems no solution.

This project is very important to me, please help me.
