Encore Errors when previewing/burning DVD

I have a fresh dell xps420, with encore cs3 and premiere cs3. On this computer I
have started to get the following error. This error gets generated either after
I preview once, or burn to DVD. In both instances the first time works, but
anytime I try to preview, or burn a second time I get the Windows Error dialog,
and the following is the problem details. I have no clues as to why this is
occuring, as when I first installed Encore I was not getting these messages. I
have tried uninstalling Encore, reinstalling, updateing to the latest fixes,
etc. Nothing is working.... I really DO NOT want to do a complete system restore
and start over. I only get this message from Encore, Premiere does not generate
it, nor do any other windows apps. Does anyone have a clue? I searched the
knowledge base, and the forums for keywords, but nothing is turning up.
