| Can't save Encore files because of "ProjectMedia.acx" warning |

Everytime I tried to save my Encore CS3 project I get the following warning:
Cannot find file "ProjectMedia.acx". Access is denied.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this and finally be able to save my
projects?
