Trims and/or chapter adjusted?

"Trims and/or chapter adjusted"

Im running Encore 1.5 on windows XP, I was just finishing up the build on a
project and everything was good, so I hit the build project buttom, and after it
had transcoded all the files, it said it was "analyzing project" and
it then poped up "adnormal error" and "Trims and/or chapter
adjusted" is the only thing i can find wrong.

I have the same error message: "trims and/or chapters adjusted" in CS3
from a video mastered in PPro CS3 and exported directly to Encore. On a second
or third edit from PPro, I checked the project and got this error. I chose
"ignore" it and burned a DVD.

I got a result that others in this forum have had (without resolution that I can
find): audio and video out of sync. By the end of 70 minutes, the audio is ahead
of the video by almost a second.
